Notice To The Shareholders of Erstwhile Gulf Oil India Limited

Notice is hereby given to all the Shareholders of erstwhile
Gulf Oil India Ltd. (GOIL) that Saturday, the 14th of September,
2002 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of
Allotment of Equity Shares of the Company to the shareholders
of GOIL as per the Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned by the
High Courts of Andhra Pradesh and Bombay.
All the Transferees of Shares of GOIL, in physical form should
send duly executed Transfer Deeds accompanied by Certificates
to the Registered Office of the Company at Hyderabad or to
GULF OIL Corporation Limited, IN Centre, 49/50, MIDC, 12th
Road, Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400 093 before the close
of business hours on 14th September, 2002.
Change of Addresses, if any, to be sent to the above address
along with Folio Numbers of GOIL.
